Where is the appeal?

Most of us know that the guilty verdict in the Subic Rape Case was just a gutless judge pandering to minorities all at the expense of a young sailor who is nothing more than an bad mannered, disrespectful guy who in the absence of maturity dumped a girl he had sex with out of the car before she got her clothes on. Yes he is a creep but not a rapist!

So it’s now more than a year down the track and what has happened to the appeal? Does it really take this long to be heard or are they waiting for the mainly lesbian minority groups to get their own life before slipping it through?

When passing down his decision the judge claimed he was making his decision on the basis that he had daughters and could only imagine if it was them, in any other country that would be enough for an immediate overturn of the decision, judges cannot make decisions base on there personal lives their job is to uphold the law.
